Frequently asked questions.

 FAQs

  • The best way to get started with us is to fill out the New Client Setup Form.

  • We work with each client on Medicare credentialing upon intake, but do not handle any other credentialing in house. We do, however, have credentialing companies that we can refer upon request.

  • We charge a small percentage of the money we are able to collect instead of charging a flat rate each month. This way, if our clients don’t get paid, neither do we!

  • No. We manage a very wide and diverse range of practices. No practice is too big or too small!

  • Each provider is responsible for submitting their billing to us. To keep your cash flow continuous, it is best to submit billing on a weekly, if not daily, basis. You will be assigned an account manager and this team member will enter and transmit your billing, typically within 24-48 hours. Upon receiving payment for each claim, each provider is responsible for either giving us electronic access to the remits, or sending us copies of all payments and denials. Your account manager will then update the payments in our system and follow up on any denials received. At the end of each month, you will receive detailed reports of everything that was billed, paid, and what is still outstanding. Your account manager is also at your disposal to answer any questions.
